Each year in late spring, the Richmond 1 Division (Augusta, GA) of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians hosts our annual Celtic Tea.
This year, our tea is on Sunday, April 30, 2019, from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at St. Mary on the Hill Parish Hall. Tickets are $10 and are available from the St Mary on the Hill Parish Office, any LAOH member, by calling (803) 474-8678, or by contacting celtictea@laohaugusta.org.
Our tea features delicious Irish treats along with other delectable fare prepared by our ladies, Irish tea, and of course, entertainment. LAOH sisters decorate their tables with family heirlooms, thrift store finds, and favorite pieces from their homes.
Ladies do not have to be LAOH members or of Irish descent to attend. We welcome all women and girls to our tea. Hats and gloves are encouraged, but not required.
